What We’re Looking For
Here’s what we value in our trainer-partners:
• Demonstrated domain expertise: you have deep experience in the area you’ll teach (e.g., high-performing sales, business communication, leadership coaching).
• Strong communication & presentation skills — you can engage professionals, tell effective stories, and deliver practical value.
• Passion for teaching, helping others succeed and making complex concepts simple and actionable.
• Commitment to quality: you’ll collaborate to design course modules, support learning, capture feedback, and continuously improve.
• Flexibility to create content aligned with a global/professional audience — possibly live sessions or asynchronous modules.
The Process
1. Fill out our Trainer Application form — tell us about your experience, specialities, and why you want to teach at 21xAcademy.
2. We’ll review your profile and schedule a quick call or demo session.
3. Once approved, we’ll co-create your course outline: target audience, learning objectives, modules, format (live / on-demand / hybrid).
4. Our content & production team helps you with recording/setup, visuals, learning assets and marketing support.
5. Your course goes live. We handle enrolments, logistics and payment-processing; you deliver the training and engage with learners.
6. You get paid based on the agreed model and receive ongoing support & analytics to grow your reach.
