What is the 21X Academy?
It’s a learning community and course platform dedicated to helping high-achievers master mindset, strategy, and leadership. We deliver daily lessons, motivational content, actionable frameworks and a strong community to accelerate your growth into tomorrow’s leaders.
How do I access the courses and lessons?
Once you enroll, all courses and daily lessons are accessible via our website and mobile app. Log in with your registered email/account to view content.
What if I forget my password?
No problem. Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, and we’ll send reset instructions to your email. If you still have trouble, contact our support team.
Can I use the content offline?
We offer downloadable content for premium members. Certain lessons and modules can be downloaded for offline access; however, live sessions, community events and updates do require an internet connection.
What’s the difference between subscription and lifetime access?
A subscription gives you full access to the current courses, daily lessons, updates, and future content while your membership is active. Lifetime access grants permanent access to a specific course or pack you purchase, but might not include future newly added premium content.
How do I cancel my membership or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Follow our refund policy: usually within a certain trial period or based on specific conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Please refer to those documents or contact support for exact details.
Can I switch devices or change my device and still keep progress?
Yes: your course enrolment, purchased content, and progress are tied to your account. Log into your account on any supported device to access your content. Please note, certain in-app settings or downloaded files may need to be re-installed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), digital wallets, and in some regions, alternative pay options. All payments are handled securely.
What support is available if I encounter issues?
Our support team is available via email or chat. Provide your account details, device/model, and a description (or screenshot) of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.
How often is new content released?
New lessons or motivational materials are delivered daily. We also roll out new courses, workshops or special content packs periodically — stay tuned to announcements for release dates.
